All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Where we deliver and costs:
We offer FREE postage on all UK orders over £50. Any order under that amount is charged at £2.50. We also offer subsidised postage for worldwide deliveries.
International shipping costs: these costs are based on anything up to a snowboard or wakeboard sized item. Unfortunatly, due to courier restrictions anything above 185cm in length cannot be sent internationally.

Delivery times:
We aim to dispatch all orders for next day delivery. If you order after 2pm please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the next day. Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. monday to friday, excluding bank holidays. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. For deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and abroad please allow extra time for delivery. Contact us for further information.
