Whether you call them MGP, Madd Gear or Madd Scooters, it doesn’t matter, The fact is they probably make the best scooters in the world and they are coming to Leicester!

This Saturday MGP UK and Born Extreme and sponsoring / running a scooter competition at The Boardroom Skate Park in Leicester.

Here’s a little more info on the comp.

The doors to The boardroom open at 10:30am. Entry to the park is £6. You don’t need to be entering the competition to come and ride. The £6 lets you ride all day. There is no extra change to entry the comp.

Terry Price and the MGP UK team will be judging the event. They will be riding throughout the day and offering tips and advise but won’t be entering the competition. ( They can’t judge themselves, hahaha)

We have also had word that the Razor Scooters UK team, Grit Scooter team and 81 customs will be there. Hope there is enough room in the park for all those egos!!

The comp will start at 2pm. There is a category for Sponsored riders, un-sponsored riders and also best trick section

The Winner of the the Sponsored category will receive a £200 CASH prize. There will be prizes to 3rd place for the sponsored and un-sponsored groups,  including Born Extreme vouchers, MGP Scooter, Scooter parts and  accessories , T-shirts and stickers.

As well as a brand new MGP scooter, the winner of the un-sponsored catagory will also be given the option of being sponsored by Born Extreme.

If you are into scooters, what ever brand you ride, whether you want to compete or not, this event not to be missed

Its going to be a awesome day, with some of the best Scooters riders in the UK in attendance and loads of freebies given away!
